ORDERING

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from the time they are placed. Orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will generally ship the same business day. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

SHIPPING

We ship to locations within the United States as well as select international destinations.

·       Retail Orders: Orders shipped within the continental United States with a merchandise total of $125.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $125.00 are subject to shipping charges calculated at checkout.

·       Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders shipped within the continental United States with a merchandise total of $199.00 or more qualify for free ground shipping. Wholesale orders under $199.00 are subject to a $12.00 flat-rate shipping fee. If expedited or alternate shipping is requested, additional shipping charges will apply.

·       International orders, including shipments to Canada and other available destinations, are subject to applicable shipping charges regardless of order value. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping destination, customs processing (for international orders), and the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses.

RETURN POLICY

Products purchased directly from us may be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund, provided the return has been pre-authorized by our Customer Service team.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning products.

Please note: We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or have expired.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We accept most major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. Simply follow the secure checkout process to complete your purchase.

For orders not placed online, including wholesale orders, please contact Customer Service to discuss available payment options. Alternative payment methods, including checks, money orders, or other payment arrangements, may be accepted at the discretion and prior approval of Customer Service.
