Return & Refund policy
Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products upon receipt. The customer can request a refund for any reason. We will refund the purchase price if the product does not meet expectations, the item was delivered damaged or in an unusable condition. The product can only be returned unworn and unused.
What does the customer have to do for a refund?
To receive a refund, you must notify us that you wish to return the product within 30 days of receiving your order by sending an email to our customer service at contact@drrath.com. The return must be accompanied by an order number and your name and address so that we can quickly identify it as yours, you will then receive the address of the return center and must return the item to the address provided.
Who bears the costs?
The buyer bears the full costs of the return shipment.
What happens if I receive an obviously defective item?
In the event that the customer receives a damaged product, we will resend the same product free of charge. The customer does not have to return the damaged product to us. A product is considered defective if 1) the product has been physically damaged in transit, e.g. torn fabric; 2) the product does not correspond to the model ordered or 3) the product is missing parts, e.g. shoelaces.
When can the customer expect a refund?
A refund will be made from our side within 2 business days of the return arriving in the form of a refund via the originally selected payment method. Once the refund has been sent, the customer can expect to receive it within 5 business days, depending on the payment processor.
