The analysis, which was published in the BMC Cardiovascular Disorders journal by researchers from China, included randomized controlled trials from Europe, Asia, Australia, and America. The findings emphatically demonstrate that coenzyme Q10 can improve heart health and boost exercise capacity in heart failure patients, as well as reduce hospitalization and mortality rates.
